Ingredients
- 16 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup Brazil nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
- 2 heaping tablespoons Almond Butter organic and raw, if possible
- 1 heaping tablespoon Coconut oil organic, virgin cold-pressed
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacao nibs
- 1/2 Raw chocolate bar, chopped, or 71% cacao vegan dark chocolate chips, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Coconut, shredded

Instructions
OPTIONAL: soak all of your nuts and seeds ahead of time to unlock their full nutritional value.
Before starting, have your prep station ready with a large glass bowl, a large plate full of cinnamon powder on one side, and coconut on the other, and a large cookie sheet for finished truffles.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl EXCEPT the cinnamon and coconut shavings.
Massage all ingredients together by hand - infuse with LOVE!
Roll 1" balls in the palm of your hand, then roll balls in cinnamon, then coconut shavings.

When you've finished rolling out the full batch, place in an air-tight storage container and store in the fridge. Consume within 1-2 weeks for optimum freshness and nutrient density.
