Ingredients
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro lightly chopped
  • 3 limes squeezed
  • 1/4 inch ginger fresh
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon mountain/Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon PureFood A to Z Nutritional Booster Optional, add in if you want more bioavailable vitamins and minerals.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except olive oil and PureFood A to Z, into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add olive oil and PureFood A to Z, blend gently.
  3. Enjoy on your favourite salad or cold wrap!
