Ingredients
Core ingredients
- 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z (Over 20 foundational vitamins and minerals)
- 1 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 medium sized Avocado
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 6 leaves Fresh Basil
- 1 medium sized stick celery
- 1 inch piece of cucumber
- 1 lemon freshly squeezed
- 1 medium sized Medjool date pitted
- 1.5 cup water filtered
Optional Nutritional Boosters
- 1 scoop PureFood B (for energy)
- 1 scoop PureFood C (for strong nails, teeth, hair and skin)

Instructions
Add all main ingredients, except for the PureFood A to Z to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
Taste! Add another medjool date for desired sweetness and add more liquid for desired consistency.
