Ginger Miso Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 inches Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 cup raw tahini
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Genmai Organic Miso
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil (cold pressed, organic)
  • 4 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar (raw, unpasteurized)
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • 1/2 cup raw tahini
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Genmai Organic Miso
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil (cold pressed, organic)

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. If you have a tamper for your blender, use it to push down ingredients while blending. If not, stop blending when ingredients are no longer mixing to a smooth consistency.
  3. Use a spatula to push down ingredients to blades and then blend again until smooth. Repeat if necessary.
  4. Add a little bit of water, not a lot to help process. The sauce should be smooth and medium thickness.
  5. Store in air tight container in fridge or freezer for longer freshness!
