Ingredients
  • 6 Medjool Dates Must be pre soaked and strained
  • 1 heaping tablespoon raw tahini
  • 3 inches ginger, zested
  • 1/2 lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut shavings optional: save some of the coconut to roll your ginger snacks in after!
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 teaspoon mountain/Himalayan salt

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and massage everything together with hands. When combined, roll into desired sized balls in your palm. Optional: Roll balls in extra shredded coconut.
  2. Enjoy right away or store them in the fridge for later!
