Green Goddess Smoothie - hormone balancing smoothie

This hormone balancing smoothie will help regulate progesterone, estrogen and other hormones.

Estrogen is commonly understood as a sex hormone, meaning it contributes mostly to reproductive and gender-specific functions. However, it’s not widely known that estrogen does a lot more than that! This hormone plays a role in maintaining a healthy urinary tract, the heart, blood vessels, bones, skin, hair, mucous membranes and the brain. As you can see, balancing your estrogen levels can improve your overall health.

  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 medium sized Green Apple
  • 1/2 medium sized Lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 2 medium sized Kiwis
  • 1 medium sized piece of celery
  • 1/4 medium sized Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cacao Nibs
  • 1/4 medium sized Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 cups filtered water
Nutritional Boosters
  • 1 heaping teasponn PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
  • 1 scoop PureFood Iron OPTIONAL: Only take if you are Iron deficient

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smoothie. Add more filtered water, if required, for desired thickness.
