Balancing smoothie for your moon cycle

This smoothie is packed with nutrient rich foods that support your body’s nutritional needs during your moon cycle. It is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties as well as powerful plant-based sources of protein, Omega’s and fiber.

Ingredients
Core ingredients
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened coconut milk
  • big handful Spinach
  • 2/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 medium sized Ripe Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 inch piece of fresh, peeled turmeric
  • 1 quarter lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup ice
Optional nutritional boosters
  • 1 teaspoon PueFood A to Z or Women's PureFood A to Z OR 1 Raw Cacao Smoothie Booster
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood Iron **Only add this if you are iron deficient

Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste! Add another medjool date for desired sweetness and add more liquid for desired consistency.
  3. Add in additional Nutritional Boosters, blend gently and enjoy immediately for the most nutritional impact/benefit.
  4. Bottoms up! Enjoy.
