- 2 lemons freshly squeezed
- 2-3 inches ginger, grated or thinly sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- to taste liquid sweetener of choice
- 10 cups spring water

Instructions
Boil water, add ginger and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain.
Add 1 tbsp of lemon, dash of cayenne and sweetener into a mug.
Add ginger tea, stir and let sit for a couple minutes.
Store extra, cooled down ginger tea in fridge and reheat when needed. Enjoy!
