  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 medium sized Frozen Banana
  • 3/4 cup steamed cauliflower, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon PureFood B
  • 1/2 teaspoon PureFood C
Toppings
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh fruit of choice Recommendation: Banana or berries
  • 1-2 tablespoons Cacao Nibs
  • 1-2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons dried coconut

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, and add any or all of the recommended toppings!
