Soothing Stomach Tonic

This magical remedy is the antidote to all of your stomach woes, especially nausea from morning sickness!

This tonic has the following benefits:

  • Ginger contains chemicals that reduce nausea and inflammation. Ginger has been used for more than 2,000 years in Chinese remedies to aid digestion and relieve stomach pain
  • Lemons contain neutralizing acids, which form bicarbonates, compounds that help relieve nausea as well activates the production of saliva in your mouth that helps relieves nausea
  • Peppermint has been used as a traditional remedy for a long time because it relaxes your stomach muscles

  • 1 pot Organic Ginger Tea cooled
  • 1 pot Organic Peppermint Tea cooled (recommend fair trade teas)
  • 2 inches ginger, zested
  • 1 Lemon juiced

Instructions
  1. Combine cooled teas together in a jug or mason jars. Mix in zested ginger and lemon. Keep cool in the fridge and enjoy as desired.
