Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2-3 leaves of organic kale*
- 1 small organic granny smith apple (or half a large one)
- 1 cup of chopped organic cucumber (with peel)
- 1 cup organic pear or mango nectar, or fresh organic orange juice
* Can substitute with collard/chard if so desired
Directions
Wash all the produce well. Remove the stems from the kale and chop into strips. Cut apple and cucumber into small cubes. Using a high speed blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If using a lower speed blender blend the kale leaves and juice first and then add the rest of the ingredients.
