PureFood Inside Sales Specialist

Our PureFood Inside Sales Specialist will work out of our headquarters in Richmond, BC. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our partnered retailers while supporting our team to meet the needs of our retail sales. As a self-led individual, you need to have the maturity to manage multiple tasks while managing priorities, deadlines, initiatives and projects while clearly communicating to the team.

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Inside Sales experience preferred;
  • Proven customer service experience;
  • Proven professional experience as a supportive team member;
  • Class 5 Drivers license;
  • Reliable car;
  • Outgoing and friendly;
  • A willingness to work hard as a collaborative team member and deliver solutions that supports our growth and brand.;
  • A keen interest about health and wellness and lives a healthy, active, goal oriented, self-managed lifestyle;

Retail Customer Service Support

  • Provide support to Account Manager(s);
  • Liaison with our retailer partners;
  • Provide exceptional customer care;
  • Support onboarding new direct and non-direct order accounts;
    • Verification of direct order application;
    • Providing education materials;
    • Assist with booking in-store staff training sessions;
    • Conduct follow-up with stores for successful promotion and attendance for in-store staff training events;
    • Provide samples to staff who attended training;
  • Manages inbound inquiries by phone and email from retail partners;
  • Nurture accounts with ongoing support;
    • Provide new marketing and educational materials (electronically and by mail)
    • Conduct inventory checks on key accounts;
    • Book demos and manage Product Specialist demo schedules;
  • Cold calling potential accounts in unique markets;

Product Fulfillment

  • Manages direct and distributor orders and outbound product shipments;

Brand Building Support

  • Supports elevating Dr. David (our founder and formulator) as a brand in conjunction with the Pranin Organic brand;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand management initiatives;

Educational Marketing Tour Support

  • Works with our Account Manager(s) to coordinate events;
  • Provides event support and follow-up to partnered retailers for success;
    • Organizes event marketing materials;
  • Coordinates educational tour travel arrangements;

Team Support

  • Assists marketing team in building brand;
  • Supports retail marketing campaigns;
  • Participates in B2B and B2C trade shows;
  • Participates in quarterly charity events;
  • Shares in responsibilities to maintain a LEAN working environment;

Product Specialist/Demo Rep

Casual, Contract Position, Various Locations

Pranin Organic is seeking an passionate and outgoing individual with a keen interest in holistic health and nutrition to promote the PureFoodTM Nutritional Supplement Line – 100% certified organic PureFoodTM, vegan, raw, non-GMO, no dairy, soy, corn and gluten-free. Must have a passion for Organic Natural Foods and Nutrition.


  • Promote and educate consumers on the benefits of using Pranin Organic products
  • Arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule to check-in and set up the demonstration table
  • Take inventory of the products on hand
  • Entice customers to sample products (drinks, smoothies, etc.)
  • End of shift – clean up the work area and record projected sales
  • Report the projected sales, customer response, feedback and expenses to head office after each demo
  • Position type – Casual, paid as a consultant 


  • Engage with consumers, create interest and awareness
  • Inform and educate consumers on products and benefits
  • Encourage consumers to sample the Pranin Organic line
  • Ensure that consumers have a positive and engaging experience 
  • Complete a Product Specialist report at the end of each demo and submit it to head office


  • Passion for holistic health and wellness
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and has access to reliable car to transport supplies and equipment for demonstrations
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional, reliable and independent
  • Must be able to stand for 3 – 4 hours
  • Be willing to be trained in-depth on product specifics
  • Flexible hours – able to work weekends and some evenings
