Almond Satay Spread

This Indonesian inspired sauce can be slathered on almost anything! The spicy cilantro notes will have you addicted after your first taste. We recommend spreading a generous amount on our Fresh Summer Salad Rolls

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1-2 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 medium sized lime, juiced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek (ground chili paste)
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or naked coconuts Soy Sauce Substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until creamy smooth. Add filtered water as required to create desired thickness.
