Balsamic BBQ’d Zucchini

Ingredients
- 2 medium sized Zucchini’s medium, sliced lengthwise (thin to medium thickness)
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Place zucchini in a marinating dish (tupperware will do)
Mix olive oil and balsamic together and drizzle over zucchini, let marinate for 30 minutes, flip once.
Fire up your BBQ on high for a few minutes with the lid closed to burn off any buildup, brush off the grill and drop temperature to the lowest setting.
Grill marinated 4-5 minutes on each side. Attend to the whole time, otherwise, you’ll get super char’d Zucc. If that’s what you want, that’s cool! Ideally, they are best enjoyed al dente with seared grill marks.
