Basil Grapefruit Smoothie

Get your summer citrus on with this smooth pink drink. This smoothie’s benefits almost outweigh how pretty it looks (almost).

The vitamin C in grapefruits can help strengthen your skin and combat damage from the sun and air pollution. Studies also suggest incorporating fresh grapefruits into your regular diet can aid in healthy/natural weight loss.

Basil contains tons of antioxidants, has antibacterial co factors and can even help combat stress!
