  • 6 medium sized bok choys remove base and washed each stem and leaf section with filtered water and

Instructions
  1. Pat dry the washed bok choy sections and place in a marinating dish (tupperware will do)
  2. Drizzle the soy sauce over top and let marinate for 30 minutes, flip once.
  3. Fire up your BBQ on high for a few minutes with the lid closed to burn off any buildup, brush off the grill and drop temperature to the lowest setting.
  4. Grill marinated bok choy for 1-2 minutes on each side. Attend to the whole time, otherwise, you’ll get super char’d bok choy. If that’s what you want, that’s cool! Ideally, they are best enjoyed al dente with seared grill marks.
