Berry Belly Smoothie

This smoothie can be enjoyed anytime, but it was a favourite of Carley’s during pregnancy. It features our Women’s A to Z, but you can swap that with any other Pranin Organic powder based on  your own nutritional needs. Filled with nutrition and soothing ginger, this smoothie is quick to blend up for busy mornings on the go.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 3/4 cup Spinach
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/4 Avocado no skin
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Women's PureFood A to Z or any other Pranin Organic powder
  • 2-3 Ice cubes

  1. Add all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately 🙂
