Good morning to you Blood Orange Mimosa. This is our take on a classic beverage referred to as a ‘Champagne Breakfast’, it will enliven your taste buds and is a great addition to quench your thirst morning, noon or night.
We’ve subbed in blood oranges for a bright colour and taste that’s outside of the box.

Blood Orange Mimosa Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 medium sized blood oranges or sub regular oranges
- 1 medium sized Lemon freshly squeezed
- 2 medium sized Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 pinch mountain/Himalayan salt
- 750 mls Kombucha or Water kefir (pick your favourite fruity flavour or choose Ginger)
- 2 cups ice
Optional Nutritional Boosters
- 1 teaspoon PureFood A to Z
- 1 scoop PureFood B
- 1 scoop PureFood C
Garnish suggestions
- 1 piece fresh orange or other fruit

Instructions
Add oranges, lemon juice, Medjool dates, salt, ice and filtered water to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.
Add a bit more ice or filtered water to gain desired consistency. It should be like a thick slushy.
Add in Nutritional Boosters, if desired. Blend gently.
Pour organe blend into your favourite flute or champagne glass or small glass. Fill ¾ full.
Top up your glass with Kombucha. Bottoms up! Enjoy.
To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
