Chipotle Vegan Aioli

This is the kind of dip that makes everything taste a million times better! Not only is it spicy, creamy and tangy, but it’s also whole food based and dairy free. You can put it in sandwiches or pair it with our EZ Baked Yam Fries to really treat yourself.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds organic, raw
  • 1/2-1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender, blend until smooth. Add a little more water as needed to blend to desired consistency.
  2. Pour into dish, and get dippin!
  3. Optional: Let the aioli chill in fridge for 20-30 mins and serve cold.
