The first time we tried this, we knew it would be a game-changer. This is a super easy, quick recipe that can be used as a dip for fruit (we love it with strawberries, mandarin oranges, or pineapple), or even as a topping on your favourite smoothie. The possibilities are endless!

Instructions
  1. Place the can of coconut milk in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters into the fridge or freezer 1 hour before making whipped cream.
  3. Open the can of coconut milk (do not shake). Scoop out the cream and place into chilled metal bowl and discard the water (or save for another smoothie!)
  4. Add vanilla bean powder and mix using an electric hand mixer with chilled beaters on medium speed, then on high for a moment. Serve chilled.
