- 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Baked pumpkin or organic canned pumpkin
- 1 Medjool date
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 inch Fresh Ginger Root
- Pinch Ground nutmeg
- Pinch Ground cloves
- Pinch Allspice
- 1 pouch PureFood Smoothie Booster - Original Greens or 1 serving each of PureFood A to Z, B, and C
