Ingredients
Core energizing ingredients
- 1-2 cups non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 cup berries, bananas or other fruits
- 1 cup baby greens
- 1/4 medium sized Avocado or sub 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2-1 teaspoon turmeric freshly grated or organic powder
Nutritional boosters for energy support
- 1 scoop PureFood B
- 1 scoop PureFood C
- 1 scoop PureFood Iron *Only add if you are anemic or iron deficient
Optional energy enhancing herbs
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2" knob Fresh Ginger
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.
Add in filtered water for desired thickness/consistency.
Adjust sweetness based on your desired taste by adding in maple syrup or dates.
Enjoy in the morning for 7 days straight for a week long energizing reset.
