EZ Baked Yam Fries

Ingredients
- 1-2 yams - cut into long skinny "fry" shapes Tip: With a sharp chef's knife, cut a quarter off the yam (1/2 inch), lay that flat side on the cutting board and cute the rest of the yam in 1/2 section. Cut the sections in 1/2 fries/rows.
- small dollop Coconut oil
- 1/4 tablespoon mountain/Himalayan salt

Instructions
Lightly melt coconut oil in a small saucepan and add salt.
In large bowl toss yams in salted oil then add them to a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, toss once during.
