EZ Baked Yam Fries

When we say EZ, we mean it. These crispy, baked fries are the perfect quick side dish that perfectly accompany almost every main dish. Or if you make enough of them, you can always just have them as your main, we won’t judge you. Just as long as you promise to dip them in our Vegan Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients
  • 1-2 yams - cut into long skinny "fry" shapes Tip: With a sharp chef's knife, cut a quarter off the yam (1/2 inch), lay that flat side on the cutting board and cute the rest of the yam in 1/2 section. Cut the sections in 1/2 fries/rows.
  • small dollop Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon mountain/Himalayan salt

Instructions
  1. Lightly melt coconut oil in a small saucepan and add salt.
  2. In large bowl toss yams in salted oil then add them to a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, toss once during.
  4. Enjoy!
