Go Getter was crafted to support your nutritional needs so you can achieve and accomplish your goals whether it be the ones you set for the New Year or any time of year! Go get your goals with this deeply nourishing and delicious Go Getter smoothie. The taste is a bit of a spin on the classic eggnog but is vegan.

Quinoa is a great vegetarian plant source of protein. One cup of cooked quinoa provides approximately 8 grams of protein.1 It is also an incredible source of fiber which plays a very important role in gut health and provides many health benefits. Higher dietary intake of whole food fiber has shown to significantly lower risk of various cardiovascular, gastrointestinal  diseases and other conditions like diabetes.2,3

Hemp Seeds are also a great vegetarian source of protein. The seeds are over 30% oil (containing Omega-3 and Omega-6) and 25% protein with considerable amounts of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals.4 Omega-3 fatty acids are linked to healthier immune function, cardiovascular health and reducing inflammation.

  • 2 cups Water, filtered
  • ¼ cup Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Quinoa, cooked & cooled
  • 2 tbsp Almonds, soaked overnight or blanched
  • 1 tsp Cacao, raw (organic)
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ¼ tsp Clove, ground
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp Vanilla bean powder (ideally)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan mountain salt
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

  1. Add all main ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add nutritional boosters, blend gently until combined.
  3. Add more filtered water for desired thickness.
