Healthy Shamrock Shake

Green is our favourite colour, so obviously we made everyone’s favourite St. Patrick’s Day shake, using whole, organic foods. This creamy green drink tastes like a vanilla mint shake, but instead of refined sugar it contains healthy fats, minerals, vitamins and lots of green, plant based power!  Don’t forget to top it off with our Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk/Cream
  • 1/2 cup mixed baby greens
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
  • 3 drops Peppermint oil flavouring Add more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/4 cup ice optional

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except PureFood nutritional supplements to a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until you reach desired texture.
  2. Add in Pranin Organic PureFood nutritional supplements and blend lightly.
  3. Enjoy!
