Heart of Gold Smoothie

If you like to get your heart pumping, whether through the endorphins of a good workout, or the adrenaline rush of a new experience, this recipe has you covered.

Iron and Vitamin C work in synergy to support cardiovascular health, primarily to help oxygenate your blood and tissues, keeping your circulation strong. The addition of pineapple and turmeric – two highly anti-inflammatory foods – make this smoothie a great option post workout, and for your long term health too. Cheers to that!
