Infused water - Cucumber cilantro

Ingredients
- 2 inches Cucumber sliced
- 1/2 medium sized Lemon sliced
- 6 cilantro sprigs add more if desired
- 1 litre filtered water

Instructions
In a 1 litre glass jar/jug, muddle cilantro with a wooden spoon (crushing leafy herbs will help release their flavour)
Add the rest of the ingredients and let infuse at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then place in fridge or let cool in fridge for 4 hours.
Remove lemon so it doesn’t become bitter. Add ice if desired, enjoy!
