Ingredients
Core kidney support
  • 1/4 medium sized Avocado
  • 1 cup bananas, berries or other fruit
  • 1 cup baby greens mix
  • 1-2 cups fresh watermelon
  • 1/4-1/2 cup fresh parsley
Optional nutritional boosters
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z or Mom's/Women's A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
Optional supportive herbs
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add in filtered water for desired thickness/consistency.
  3. Adjust sweetness based on your desired taste.
  4. Drink in the morning for 7 days.
