- 1 scoop PureFood B
- 1 scoop PureFood C
- 1 scoop PureFood Iron optional - only add if you know you are low on iron.
- 1 cup pre-washed baby greens
- 1 medium ripened banana
- 1-2 heaping teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- sprinkle chia seeds, raw cacao nibs, cinnamon, or coconut optional for toppings or garnish
