  • 1-2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood Complete A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
  • 1 scoop PureFood Iron optional - only add if you know you are low on iron.
  • 1 cup pre-washed baby greens
  • 1 medium ripened banana
  • 1-2 heaping teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • sprinkle chia seeds, raw cacao nibs, cinnamon, or coconut optional for toppings or garnish
