Mystic Moon Elixir

In Native American traditions, it is said that Grandmother Moon is one of the first three spirits placed here by the Great Spirit to watch over the children of earth. It is said that she is the leader of Feminine Life. She is here to teach us about our intuition, introspection and is strongly connected with the cycles of life.

Raspberry leaf was chosen because it has a strong connection and affinity to uterine health. It helps regulate menstruation, nourishes the blood with vitamins and minerals and toning the uterine wall.1 Raspberries contain powerful antioxidants and are a high source of whole food Vitamin-C. Raw cacao powder is a good source of whole food based magnesium which is great as a muscle relaxant and has a calming effect.2 Tumeric is a known anti-inflammatory and coconut is a great source of electrolytes to keep you hydrated.3.4

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raspberry leaf tea (1 tea bag)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tabelspoon Cacao powder, raw
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1/4 cup Coconut shavings
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 inch Turmeric, root, fresh
  • 1 cup ice
Nutritional Boosters:
  • 1 teaspoon PureFood A to Z or Women’s A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C

Instructions
  1. Steap tea, let cool or add ½ cup ice to cool down to room temperature.
  2. Add tea and the rest of the ingredients, except nutritional boosters to a high speed blender and add more ice if you desired a colder drink. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add nutritional boosters, blend in gently.
  4. Garnish if desire. Bottoms up! Enjoy. To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
