This paleo smoothie recipe is stacked with organic, whole plant foods with good fats, protein, essential vitamins and minerals like magnesium, phytonutrients, antioxidants and complex carbohydrates to kickstart your day or to replenish you throughout the day.

  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut shavings
  • 1/2 medium sized Avocado
  • 1 medium sized Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1 cup filtered water add less or more to reach desired consistency

Instructions
  1. Add hemp seeds, coconut shavings, avocado and medjool date to a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add optional nutritional boosters (Raw Cacao Smoothie Booster and PureFood B) blend gently.
  3. Bottoms up! Enjoy. To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
