Papaya is an incredibly healthy tropical fruit. It’s packed with antioxidants, good for digestion, gives you glowing skin, and has a tonne of immunity boosting vitamins and minerals. Plus, papaya is actually anti-parasitic, especially papaya seeds. You can add a tablespoon of the seeds if you want to make your smoothie into a parasite-killing machine!
