  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 apple (Gala or Ambrosia)
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger (or desired amount)
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2-3 cups hemp milk (or desired milk)
  • 1/4 cup ice (if using fresh strawberries)
  • 1 Berry Smoothie Booster OR PureFood Trio

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
