Ingredients
Core Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized Banana frozen chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 4 slices zucchini cooked then frozen
  • 1 knob ginger use more or less for desired taste
  • 1 medium sized slice of lemon peel on
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil unrefined, cold processed & organic. We recommend Naked Coconuts!
  • 1/2 teaspoon reishi
  • 1-2 cups water use more or less to get desired consistency
Optional Nutritional Boosters
  • 1 sachet 1 Balance + Glow Berry Banana Smoothie Booster Can sub PureFood A to Z or Women's PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood C for potent amounts of whole food vitamin C!

  1. Add core ingredients to a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add optional nutritional boosters (Balance + Glow, Berry Banana Smoothie Booster and PureFood C) blend gently.
