Instructions
Cut your organic watermelon into wedges shown in the picture.
Create a small cut into the green skin of one piece using a sharp knife, and tuck in a popsicle stick.
Freeze it for 2-3 hours. Take out of freezer and enjoy!
Optional: Drizzle with date, maple, or coconut syrup on top and cover them in toasted coconut, or other healthy toppings.
You can always cover them with BC blueberries like us!
