Mint Ginger Iced C

Yep you read that correctly. This is an Iced-C. Basically an iced tea but featuring a major boost in vitamin C!

We love iced cold beverages in the summer, but added sugar is a huge no can do! Why not challenge yourself to find flavour in more unique ways rather than just adding sugar? So if you do want some added sweetness (life is all about loving the drinks you sip!) then we have some healthy options for you!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Fresh sliced ginger (use half the amount if leaving in the fridge overnight)
  • 2 cups Steeped, chilled organic tea of choice (We used Numi's Green Tea)
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
  • 1/2 cup ½ cup-1 cup of ice cubes (Try freezing mint leaves in the cubes for added flavour and color!)
  • 2 tablespoons Date syrup or maple syrup optional
  • Mint leaves optional
  • Lemon optional
