Ingredients
Spring time fresh ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Rhubarb, stalk, diced, medium size/length (do not use leaves)
  • 1/4 cup Kale, baby leaves
  • 1/4 cup Spinach, baby leaves
  • 1/4 cup Arugula
Complimentary Ingredients
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 medium sized Lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 bunch mint include stems
  • 1 cup filtered water
Nutritional Boosters
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
  • 1 scoop PureFood Iron Recommended for those who are iron deficient or anemic

Instructions
  1. Add spring time fresh and complementary ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste! Add more maple syrup for desired sweetness and add more liquid for desired consistency.
  3. Add in Nutritional Boosters, blend gently and enjoy immediately for the most nutritional impact/benefit. Bottoms up!
