Ingredients
Main ingredients:
  • 1 medium sized Banana ripe
  • 1.5 cups nut milk
  • 1/2 cup Chaga Mushroom tea, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons Almond butter or other nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 inch Fresh turmeric
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 pinch Cardmomn
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 medium sized Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1-2 cups ice
Alkalizing Nutritional Boosters:

Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients to a high speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add Alkalizing Nutritional Boosters, blend gently.
  3. Serve in your favourite glass, mug or to-go cup.
