Simple Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

We’re keeping it simple and delicious with this classic condiment; vegan Worcestershire! It’s truly meant to be added to our Vegan Caesar recipe, however, you can also use it as a marinade or add it to any of your favourite recipes for a nice savoury spice.

Depending on how much water you add, this recipe will make close to 100mls of sauce.

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Tamari Soy Sauce or sub Coconut Aminos for a soy free version
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Tamarind Paste
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch ceyenne
  • 1 splash filtered water

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredient to a blender, blend until smooth. Add more filtered water if required. A little at a time so it’s not watered down.
  2. Store in a mason jar or glass container.
