Vegan Caesar

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups Organic Vegetable Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Worcestershire Or make your own using the recipe above!
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium sized lemon, juiced
  • 1 medium sized lime, juiced
  • 1 medium sized celery stick
  • 1/4 cup Sauerkraut juice
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt or to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper or to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon horseradish root (1 inch zested)
  • 1 teaspoon Sauerkraut
  • 1 pinch ginger, zested
  • 2 cups ice add more or less based on preference
Optional Nutritional Boosters
  • 1 heaping teaspoon PureFood A to Z
  • 1 scoop PureFood B
  • 1 scoop PureFood C
Garnish suggestions
  • 1-2 medium sized pieces of celery
  • 1-2 medium sized pieces of celery
  • 1-2 medium sized green olives
  • 1 medium sized wedge of lime

Instructions
  1. Add all main ingredients, except for the Nutritional Boosters, pepper, salt, horseradish, ginger and sauerkraut to a high-speed blender, blend on high until celery is broken down.
  2. Taste! Adjust spices. Add more worcestershire, tabasco, if desired.
  3. Add in optional nutritional boosters, pepper, salt, horseradish, ginger and sauerkraut. Blend gently.
  4. Add ice to your favourite glass (½ to ¾ full) and fill with caesar blend. Add garnish, if desired.
  5. Bottoms up! Enjoy. To get the most nutritional impact/benefit, enjoy immediately.
